========================= Call for Proposals - 22nd European Conference on Multi-Agent Systems (EUMAS 2025) =====================

EUMAS 2025 welcomes original, unpublished papers including improved versions of extended abstracts or rejected papers from AAMAS, AAAI and IJCAI 2025. The submission should describe work that has not been previously published, accepted for publication, nor is currently under review by another conference or journal.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed in a single blind fashion. Submission length depends upon the track that you submit to. Additional pages may be used for references and, if needed, a clearly marked appendix. It should be formatted according to Springer’s LNCS format. For templates and instructions for authors, see Conference proceedings guidelines<https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines>.
Authors must submit their papers through the EUMAS 2025 submission site<https://openreview.net/group?id=EUMAS/2025/Conference> as a single PDF file.

EUMAS is accepting submissions across the following tracks:

  *
Main Track (15 pages + references) with research areas covering (but not limited to):
     *
Engineering Multi-Agent System
     *
Coordination, Organizations, Institutions, Norms and Ethics
     *
Multi-Agent Based Simulation
     *
Knowledge Representation, Reasoning and Verification for MAS
     *
AI Agents and Learning in Multi-Agent Systems
     *
MAS for robotic systems and control
     *
Explainable MAS
     *
Human-Centric MAS

  *
Agent Toolkits (15 pages + reference): This track aims to provide a forum for researchers that are involved in developing agent / MAS toolkits and platforms, or that are using them for the development of applications, to exchange ideas, make proposals, suggest challenges, reports interesting use cases and so on - any aspect that could be of interest in the engineering and using Agent Toolkits.

Demonstrators (5 pages + references): This track aims to provide opportunities for participants from academia and industry to present their latest developments in agent-based systems. Demonstrations of interest include both applications of multi-agent systems and tools that support developers in the specification, design, implementation and testing of agent systems.

Subject: EUMAS 2025 - Call for Proposals

Dear all,

The 22nd European Conference on Multi-Agent Systems (EUMAS 2025<https://euramas.github.io/eumas2025/>) will be organized on September 3-5, 2025 by the <https://www.cs.ucd.ie> Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers<https://acs.pub.ro/en/> at <https://www.ucd.ie> the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA of Buchares<https://upb.ro/en/>t.

I am attaching the Call for Proposal document to this email and am hereby inviting you to submit contributions on your ongoing research work to the conference, as well as to forward the CfP to parties of interest.
The submission deadline is May 16th 2025 (AoE).

For this year's edition, one point of novelty is that we are planning to have an invited keynote from an industry partner on AI Agents viewed from the ML (e.g. LLM supported) perspective and how this intersects with the existing MAS literature. We are in discussion with researchers from UIPath<https://www.uipath.com/> (founded in Romania), one of the leading companies in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

The conference will also be preceded by the European Agent Systems Summer School (EASSS 2025), 1-3 September 2025, details of which will soon follow.

Thank you and best regards,
Alexandru Sorici on behalf of the Organizing Committee
