Those are interesting and useful points.

From the design goals we have currently defined, transparency [1] is probably the one that comes closest to what you are describing. Section 10 should then refine this further.

We had an initial discussion around accountability, but given the depth of the topic, we agreed to have a meeting focused specifically on it. We’ll try to organize this discussion beginning of next year — and it would be great to loop in Nicoletta as well.

Hi,

Section 10 (“Policies”) and 11.1.1. (“Authorisation”) could collapse into one section? For historical reasons (IMHO) in OIDC they are evolving separately, policies referring to entitlements and authorisation referring to the access to those entitlements.

Could you explain the requirement in the area of accountability?, You might need to introduce a feedback loop with “traceability” (or telemetry?) for the agent to “learn”, in ODRL Nicoletta Fornara proposes the concept of “facts” (who performed an action over an asset, and what was the result of the evaluation of the attempt, including a timestamp, which is a subset of that telemetry).
