Re: WoT Week 2024

Dear community group,

We thank everyone who expressed their interest in joining WoT Week 2024, either in person or online.

As a reminder, WoT Week 2024 is organized by the W3C WoT IG/CG/WG on Nov. 25-29 in Munich, Germany. The agenda and other details are available here: https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/Wiki_for_WoT_Week_2024_planning

So far, 6 CG members expressed their interest to participate in person, which gives us the critical mass for joining WoT Week. More concretely:
- we will participate in the WoT PlugFest organized on Mon-Wed (Nov. 25-27); if you have a demonstrator and would like to join the WoT PlugFest online, there might be an option, so please reach out to Ege and me
- we will organize a hybrid WebAgents CG meeting on Nov. 26 (Tue) from 4 pm CET; we will announce the agenda and the connection details for online attendance closer to the event

If you would like to attend WoT Week in person but have not notified us yet, please contact Ege and me by this Thursday (an additional lightweight registration step is required for on-site attendance).

We will discuss our participation in WoT Week 2024 in the next regular meeting (Monday, Oct. 28, 4-5 pm CET).

Best wishes,
Andrei
