Weekly Community Group Meetings

Dear Agents on the Web Community Group members,

Thank you to those of you who were able to attend the TPAC sessions. There
has been good interest from other groups and I think there are a lot of
opportunities for us to engage with the W3C community.

In order to progress, we need to start organising the activities of our
community group. To that end, we would like to organise weekly one hour
Zoom meetings. Our intention is that the meetings will take place on the
same day each week. However, to facilitate members from different time
zones, we will alternate between two agreed times.

To identify the best days and times, I have created a simple Google form
(see below). I would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to
complete the form indicating your 3 most preferred times for a meeting and
your two most preferred dates.

Form Link: https://forms.gle/E7UHGPBVS2kJKAhz6

The form has only 3 questions: name, what 3 times are best for you and what
2 days of the week are best for you. If you could complete the form by the
end of this week, I would really appreciate it.

I will use the responses to create a more limited set of time slots and
poll you all for your prefered day / times combination.

Many thanks,

Rem Collier
