WebAgents TPAC Agenda and Call for Position Statements (Submissions by July 31)

Dear all,

As announced previously, we received two slots in the TPAC 2023 agenda for the morning of the first day (Monday, September 11) — all times are CEST (Seville local time):
- 09:30-11:00: we would like to use this first slot to organize a face-to-face (f2f) kick-off meeting for our CG;
- 11:30-13:00: we are currently discussing with the WoT CG/WG the possibility of organizing a joint meeting (to be confirmed).

Together with Alessandro and Antoine, we return with a first proposal for the TPAC agenda. Please find the draft agenda and all organizational details in the WebAgents GitHub repository:
https://github.com/w3c-cg/webagents/tree/main/Meetings/2023-09-11-TPAC

The main objective of this f2f kick-off meeting is that, together, we build an overview of the WebAgents CG and the joint interests of its members. Therefore, we would like to hear from you and organize the content in a bottom-up fashion based on position statements:
- you are invited to submit a position statement of 1-2 pages by *July 31* (see the above link for more details);
- all CG members will be invited to check out the position statements before the TPAC;
- a selection of position statements will be invited for 5-min presentations at the TPAC.

Your position statement could include, among others:
- fundamental ideas and insights that could serve as an underpinning for building the discussions inside the WebAgents CG;
- a demonstrator of technologies that relate to topics to be explored in the WebAgents CG (see also the draft charter [1]);
- missing elements, opportunities, use cases, and overlooked problems related to topics to be explored in the WebAgents CG (see also the draft charter [1]);
- your expectations from the WebAgents CG, especially in terms of objectives or expected outcomes.

To help trigger ideas for the position statements, we invite you to have a look at the draft charter [1] and the report of the related Dagstuhl Seminar 21072 [2]. The report of the more recent Dagstuhl Seminar 23081 [3] is currently being published and should be available soon.

In addition, we would like to invite you to an online meeting in mid-July for a first discussion. We will launch soon a new email thread for organizing this event.

Best wishes,
Andrei, Alessandro, and Antoine
