Great document, well thought out. But: I hope it won't be used to stifle dissent or concern about the role and influence that three-letter agencies can bring to bear on crypto issues when or if that occurs. Raising such concerns (which are employment related) will hopefully never be construed as discrimination, and anyone who contributes should feel free to speak their mind on the topic or thread of the day.
