I've tried running the tests in Firefox Nightly manually. All of the added/modified tests run fine, they're a bit slow, but do finish with a mix of pass and failures, no harness errors that I can see. However, one of the renamed tests seems to get stuck forever without resulting in a timeout or any sign of life: https://w3c-test.org/submissions/5730/WebCryptoAPI/sign_verify/test_ecdsa.https.html This problem seems to have already existed: https://w3c-test.org/WebCryptoAPI/sign_verify/test_ecdsa.html I'll file an issue for this.
