@toddreifsteck A few open questions on this one that popped up during the WG call: - Given that Edge apparently dropped support for this, does that put `prerender` itself in a precarious position? It's [only supported by Chrome](http://caniuse.com/#feat=link-rel-prerender) otherwise. - Is the test itself a good test for `prerender`? Worth considering, since the spec says the actual prerender itself is [a "may" rather than a "must"](https://w3c.github.io/resource-hints/#dfn-prerender).
