FWIW, I think platform support and "at risk" status is an orthogonal issue that we should consider separately. That is, the feature can be "at risk" and it shouldn't prevent us from landing this test. The test itself, I believe, is good and verifies specced behavior. As such, I don't think we should block landing it on other discussions. Separately, as discussed on the call, we will mark `prerender` as an at risk feature in the spec, and if and when we decide to remove it, then we can remove the test also.
