Since these are manual tests, I think it's desirable to combine tests like these to minimize efforts spent on running tests. Having said that, what bothered me most about these two tests is that they test a very similar assertion - that a certain property of a pointermove event must be the same as the corresponding property of the associated pointerdown event; yet the test files (file structure, code, and instructions) are completely different, which makes them difficult to review (and I suppose to maintain).
