I cannot seem to get this test to pass on IE11.  First the timeout appears to be too short - if I don't complete the steps very quickly it lists most tests as "NOT RUN".  Secondly even when I believe I've completed the required steps (and see gotpointercapture and lostpointercapture listed in the black rectangle), it still lists gotpointercapture and lostpointercapture as NOT RUN
