Re: [XMLHttpRequest] New XHR test fixes, solving issues found in Firefox test run (#343)

The following tests need some extra review:
http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/open-url-multi-window-4.htm x-browser broken
http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/overridemimetype-loading-state.htm
http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/responsetext-decoding.htm
http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/send-authentication-basic-setrequestheader-existing-session.htm
http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/send-authentication-basic.htm
http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/send-authentication-cors-basic-setrequestheader.htm
http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/send-entity-body-document-bogus.htm
http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/xmlhttprequest-network-error.htm

Do we have a test that verifies error event is fired at the xhr.upload object? (Might be tricky to write, don't know..)
