You still need to update the following line:
 idl_array.add_objects({WindowAnimationTiming: ["window"]});

(should say Window instead of WindowAnimationTiming).

And yes, it's good to look at the latest editor's draft instead when creating tests, to ensure you're not missing any fixes.
