This change fixes the script that generates the 2dcontext and canvas tests so that it works well with our new layout. It also fixes the templates used to mirror the usage we make and the new references to dependencies.

It also includes the fixed files as generated. Note that while most of those are in the 2dcontext directory, some fall inside of html (those that test the canvas element itself).
