People tell me that "bimodal navigation data and exposing that as a
differentially-private fuzzy dimension" is not super clear..

The subject of the discussion would be Microsoft's proposal to add an extra
dimension to Navigation Timing, to indicate that a navigation was started
when the system was under load. That dimension is proposed to be
privacy-preserving through differential privacy
