oops. That's an unfortunate side effect of the revamping of w3c-test.org
and we were never able to set up proper redirects there so far.
At least the editor's version of Navigation Timing has the right link
but since the plan is to deprecate the entire draft, I'm sure if we'll
get around updating it.
