HomeStar test servers

I put a couple of HomeStar servers online here

http://homestar.io:20000/
http://homestar.io:20010/
http://homestar.io:20020/
http://homestar.io:20030/

There's nothing too interesting running here - one "recipe" (a triggerable
Javascript function) - and a couple of artificial things that do their
updates immediately. If you update one, of these you should see the others
update almost immediately - there's a lot of MQTT flying around in the
background for passing notifications.

If you want to hit the simulated things directly (with PUT), you should see
