Hi all, I'm your friendly spec editor, originally in the Web Applications WG and now in the current group (of which I am at last a member). About me: I'm an engineer for Google in Seattle. I've been working on Chrome for 1.5 years, have built the current notifications implementation in WebKit/Chrome, as well as doing some other web platform work and some work in video processing for YouTube. I think notifications are a great feature for the web and am excited to see it standardized. I will always try to be responsive to all feedback on the spec, so please don't hesitate to provide it. > Anne van Kesteren <annevk@opera.com>, 2010-09-22 11:03 +0200: > > Arthur Barstow -- Chair of the WebApps WG -- told me we could have a > short slot at TPAC -- http://www.w3.org/2010/11/TPAC/ -- if we want > to get together there. Might be a nice way to say hello in person. > > Yeah, let's definitely plan to do that. I hadn't yet completely settled on attending TPAC due to difficult scheduling, but if we think it will be valuable to have in-person time let's try to nail down the timing soon and I'll make every effort. Cheers, -John
