This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish these four drafts as First Public Working Draft[1]: Web Notification Overview http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/WebNotifications/publish/ Feature Permissions http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/WebNotifications/publish/FeaturePermissions.html Web Notifications http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/WebNotifications/publish/Notifications.html Web URL Notifications http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/WebNotifications/publish/WebNotifications.html Comments on this CfC need to be in by next Friday, October 22. Positive replies are encouraged and silence will be assumed to be assent. If everyone is okay we will most likely publish the Tuesday following that Friday. Publication as a First Public Working Draft does not mean you endorse the contents of the draft. It just means we have set the first step and gives the indication we would like wider review. (Also, it is fine to keep making edits to the drafts while we have this CfC. If anyone has a problem with this let me know.)
