thanjnr has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/web-nfc:

Trying to read with NFC tags 
NXP MIFARE Ultralight - NTAG215
NXP MIFARE Ultralight - NTAG216

But nothing is returned but any empty object. 

If it works on only specific tags can I get a description or link to what tags work
Or if there are prerequisite steps like reformatting, etc please let me know
