We've discussed in the past how important getting good developer tools
to develop Web apps was a critical component of getting them more widely
adopted, esp. when native ecosystems provide comparatively good (and
increasingly so) SDKs and development environments.

We have not made much progress in this space unfortunately; so it's
interesting to watch what Mozilla has just started in this space:

(documenting existing toolchains that developers have successfully used)

We may want to contribute to this, and also try to analyse what comes
out of this documentation as potential standardized hooks that
developers tools could benefit from.
