[W3C Webmob] Teleconfs going forward

Hi all!

As you may have noticed Marcos and I have switched the calls from being
every 2 weeks to 1 a month. The reason for this is the Task Force
structure of the Web and Mobile Interest Group means it will be less
likely that we need to speak as a large group and much more likely that
you will need to communicate with your task forces in which you are a
member. You can follow the below as a rough guide:

CALLS FOR THE WEB AND MOBILE IG
- 1 monthly call
- On these calls we will have a roundup of each task forcešs work, and
some discussion on the wider group issues such as document reporting.
Remember everyone can use the mailing list and IRC to discuss items
in-between the calls.

CALLS IN YOUR TASK FORCE
- Calls as and when you need them (please set them up whenever you need
them!)
- We imagine most of the communication within a task force will use the
mailing list, IRC and github. But, if you wish to setup calls then that is
completely fine! If you want any guidance on this please ask me, I will be
happy to help!
