Hi,

As discussed previously, I have created an icalendar feed for our
upcoming teleconferences:
http://www.w3.org/Mobile/IG/teleconferences.ics
(also linked from
http://www.w3.org/wiki/Mobile/Meetings#Teleconference_Dates_.26_Times )

Right now, I have to manually update that file, which is probably OK
given our rhythm of calls; but I'm still looking into more scalable
alternatives within W3C systems.
