We would like to organize a trip to Huawei base in Shenzhen on Thursday afternoon after the wrap-ups. The trip will include visiting our exhibitions center showcasing various of our products and services. The conveyance will be provided back and forth to the Pavilion Hotel. The total time required will not exceed 2-3 hours. Offcourse, you may choose not to participate. But, here with this email, I would like to know a probable number of people interested in this visit (we already got some interest- see attached). If you are interested please reply to this email (to me only).
Further, I’m attaching the list of attendees (in person) which is the consolidated list of three ([1], [2], [3]) different sources. So, if you are attending (in person) and you are not listed in the attached list please let us know ASAP.
All the travel logistics are already provided at [4]. We suspect, most of you taking taxi to Pavilion Hotel from different places in Shenzhen. For that, we recommend you have the hotel name and address written in Chinese with you for taxi driver. The hotel name and address are as follows:
