VC for Web Bluetooth & Web NFC TPAC sessions, Mon 19 Sep (was: TPAC plans)

Hi Jeffrey, remote participants,

Would you prefer Hangouts, https://appear.in/, or something else for VC?

We can shift the Web NFC and Web Bluetooth slots as follows to accommodate Jeffrey who's participating remotely for a very good reason (congrats!):

Location: room 1.14
Date: Mon 19 Sep (Lisbon time UTC+00)

14:00-15:00 Web NFC (implementation feedback, v2 issues, other?)
15:00- Web Bluetooth
