FYI, https://github.com/WebBluetoothCG/web-bluetooth/pull/292 proposes to
remove BluetoothDevice.uuids. We think developers can get the information
you actually want from calling getPrimaryServices() or
watchAdvertisements(), depending on which meaning of .uuids you were hoping
for.
