A lightweight approach to agenda building is to tag GH issues that would benefit from F2F discussion with e.g. "F2F" label. In addition we should reserve some time for issues that come up in discussions as well as for cross-cutting issues Jeffrey noted. I'd like us to have such a lightweight agenda available two weeks before the meeting to be shared with the Web NFC + Web Bluetooth groups. We should start tagging F2F discussion issues already now, or whenever we stumble upon them. Thanks, -Anssi (Web NFC CG chair)
