Minutes from Media Timed Events call 21 March 2022

Dear all,

The minutes from the Media & Entertainment IG, Media Timed Events call on DataCue API and SEI events are available [1].

We continued discussion of H.264 / H.265 SEI (supplemental enhancement information) events API proposal [2].

Summary:

* Update the explainer to add more detail to use cases
* Document the real time communication use case we discussed
* Describe synchronization requirements
* Document performance issues (if any) with JavaScript or WASM based parsing of elementary streams to extract SEI events
* Document use cases that motivate SEI data exposure via WebCodecs
