Re: W3C M&E IG conference call: 5th May 2020

Hi all,

On Media Production (slide 6), note I prepared a pull request to create 
the outline of a use cases and requirements document in the right repo:
https://github.com/w3c/me-media-production/pull/1

That pull request incorporates the text that Garrett submitted in #33 
[1] and addresses some of the feedback provided (but not all, it is just 
meant to be a first outline so that the group can start collecting use 
cases).
