[Blog post] Web and TV progress

Hi all,

We have some exciting TV/video-related work happening in a variety of
groups at the moment so to keep people informed we've published a short
blog post summarizing some of the main topics:

This doesn't cover everything that pertains to media consumption and the
web but hopefully it will encourage even more feedback and involvement
in the requirements and specifications currently in progress.
