[apis] Gap Analysis on Requirement 19 "Content Streaming"

We have briefly survey some related standards for Requirement 19 "Content Streaming".

2. Related Specs:

   - SmartTV Alliance, Technical Specification V3, Chapter 3~4



3. Identified Gaps:

   - SmartTV Alliance, Technical Specification V3 (Chap3.4) has defined how to display TV streams(audio, video) by using HTML5 video tag.
   - In requirement 9, we have listed up the necessity of URL for controlling tuner.
   - We think it is possible to use video tag with sourceID being the local tuner.
