Positive news (was: Re: [css-ui] Agenda request: Revive directional focus navigation properties

 From what I understand, the decision for delaying those properties has 
been overturned.

  They'll stay in css 3 ui but will still be marked at risk.

Tests will be contributed within a month.

Good thing that the TV community made their voice heard
