[apis] UC9 and Content Streaming requirement

Hi,
I'm puzzled why UC9 (9 9. "Use Case Nine – Watch and Record"<http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/Media_APIs/Use_Cases#9._.22Use_Case_Nine_.E2.80.93_Watch_and_Record.22>) does not have the Content Streaming as requirement. I couldn't find any discussion on this in the minute. I've added a "X?" on the Requirement doc entry, hoping to have a discussion in a future meeting.
