Hi,

I have rewritten issue 20 ("TV Control") to try to better address concerns
raised - in particular a desire for the intent behind the use case be more
explicitly addressed.

Specifically, the issue now focuses on the underlying concern, which I
addressed in a previous email, that the development of web applications
would benefit from a higher level of abstraction for some television
centric tasks. The scenarios illustrate how an API providing a higher
level of abstraction might be used to achieve them.

regards

Matt
