Hi, These use cases have been updated to include specific suggestions for what could be standardised, and to provide greater clarity of the 'problem' being addressed. The motivation is similar to that for issue-20 (TV Control) ... of providing a single consistent mechanism for applications to achieve time synchronisation, independent of the underlying technology used for synchronisation and to control media playback and how the programme is being received/streamed. http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/track/issues/21 http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/HNTF/Home_Network_TF_Discussions/TimeSynchronisation http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/track/issues/22 http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/HNTF/Home_Network_TF_Discussions/LipSyncTimeSynchronisation regards Matt -- | Matt Hammond | Research Engineer, BBC R&D, Centre House, London | http://www.bbc.co.uk/rd/
