Re: [web-adv] minutes and next meeting agenda 19 January

Hello folks,

My apologies, I cannot attend today's meeting.

I see the agenda item "Roundup/updates on proposal status", where I'm sure
I would be talking about TURTLEDOVE-etc if I were there.  I'd like to
reserve a spot on the agenda next week to talk about what Chrome will build
in this space during 2021.  I've written up a document on the plan,
incorporating as many of the ideas as possible from SPARROW, Outcome-based
TD, Product-level TD, PARROT, and TERN.  I'll get that up on GitHub
sometime later this week, and we can talk about it next time.
