hey, over the past few weeks at NextRoll we've put together this extension of TURTLEDOVE to fully specify all the areas that we felt didn't have enough detail and made some changes to its functionality, while keeping it mostly aligned to how it's written, in order to improve certain performance aspects, such as networking. We've also taken learnings from the many other similar documents released by other members of this group such as SPARROW, product_level_turtledove, outcome_based_turtledove and more.
