[Agenda+] Product-level Turtledove

Following steps of other WABG members openly sharing ideas and data for
constructive discussion, we wanted to introduce, in our opinion, an
important extension to Turtledove and Sparrow proposal.


eCommerce advertisers are impactful for the whole web ecosystem.

A significant part of their advertising investment is dedicated to
retargeting which makes this use case important from the perspective of
content creators on the web.


In eCommerce retargeting, the majority of creatives consist of a collection
of products which brings the necessity to take this under consideration
while creating a proposal fulfilling the needs of eCommerce advertisers.

Importantly, assuming a product-level perspective, *we were able to
estimate the high-level impact of adopting Turtledove on CTR.*

The idea was born during a conversation on two issues (31
