Frequency Capping and Multi-Channel Attribution

I have added new proposals to our github repository to describe potential solutions for use cases that are not handled by existing proposals:

  *   Frequency Capping and Frequency Optimization<https://github.com/W3C/web-advertising/blob/master/frequency-capping-and-optimization.md> – Methods for supporting frequency capping that can be extended to also support frequency optimization.
  *   Privacy Preserving Multi-Channel Attribution<https://github.com/w3c/web-advertising/blob/master/privacy-preserving-multi-channel-attribution.md> – Builds on Facebook’s Cross-Browser / Cross-Device Measurement proposal to include computing the contributions of non-web advertising channels to a purchase/conversion. Other channels include email, call-center, internal campaigns, etc.

To paraphrase the introduction to the Facebook proposal: These are not perfect proposals. These are early stage ideas. The intention is to start a conversation with the broader community, and collaboratively work to improve on this starting point, to find even better solutions to these problems.
