Thanks Jennifer for suggesting this possible protocols example. Today we took a look during the Evaluations Procedure breakout group. That resource at that URL seems a little too simplest as an evaluation protocol The only āevaluation procedureā example we have so far is: https://centerforplainlanguage.org/2021-federal-plain-language-report-card/<https://secure-web.cisco.com/1ZwRPBzr8jnXsqhJYCalJfity4DaLBqlp8HjwdAOyxteJnygH7S2lgHWR1poz4lKPt_LVSXW677ERywNqwuB2YdoJk7AvDlzkMtozj8EpOqWGS3xIO3ohmXupORh0uDSCc5xuCjNial4j2JgZiuND7jv3wIeD6olX2nPRunGebVW47ZpproysxJ2fYdEB3GSofyQ9Cyg0KyAtMkB68Uh0o0w2HUQ9LbssK3LkmxMWywshF8PJnFsCTrvF7TK9zvh578ADBRFPe9ao9x0pU-AFWb_peDaxvPULZz2dHwfRRYT6FwWthjtqNa95BKYMHfZmI1VsrpAjBT3pY9VqjIDBCtwTGYrIcQE5N8Q1s7jPo5ZRJr3NQy5kCL8qTLJJfbQNFhHqE2Rg-DRncYd3WQ6igSOngCf9YkBQgDtdK8rodwke3HHcUsWCFyvkThLZgvNs9vhVL572pJWy6sFrrfsmJA/https%3A%2F%2Fcenterforplainlanguage.org%2F2021-federal-plain-language-report-card%2F> This one is great, but also probably too ambitious to be frequently replicated. My own sense is that we are looking for model evaluation procedures to follow that are larger than a single 2.x SC but not too broad either. It also may be the case that the group ends up writing a few. Hi Protocols folks, While researching something I thought to look up what Californiaās accessibility standards are since I recall theyāre more stringent than Section 508. The way the state of California documented their efforts might be a good example of how folks might document their protocols efforts: https://www.ca.gov/accessibility/<https://secure-web.cisco.com/1DzyKQz5dnt1PaM-JfUzQzRtgleAS2CL7Wy5Q8h5ZyFjnaNch_av6YtNBIMqVmcWYSslEZRNWK0NBn6fc9mKJBKGJOnyUR41PdZpY8ozjmuBxuWOak8e0xZaYyl1_fv-9Gqnei2rajJSQJ2UrCAWRTcmZ7w1waywBP8wCD2VdmNuGLLPIh7eIFc1KdvKAIYvDPBnUPcprbyftbPKoPe2Om0i0oM16vFjWqbfDQTW5HjSrXOtiL7Ocvvdb9Et9JRo1_v6FN3ykBszRR5iMhyuxtMQb2VW-EbD7fT2yRnyGLtA1-xiqNIuw2xIWyXWc5qoBBdqVOK3zYlNuiKcnu9hXUYHY2wDxksHKNqi_B1NzTrIE7cF1m5gq_-Tr25QkC9iAlg_oTf80kNL5VEpcFuVTHaSB7WUgblJ6bHSCVjMaz1OUNvvTH06I_uAj2BvjFqHbq9R55uzE0OLFA1jqukaMWg/https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ca.gov%2Faccessibility%2F> Kindly, Jennifer Jennifer Strickland (they/them, she/her) Senior Human Centered Accessibility Engineer Collaboration and Social Computing (L178) Email: jstrickland@mitre.org<mailto:jstrickland@mitre.org> Cell: 571-319-2230 [Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram logos] [signature_1461084312]
