Smaller group today but we decided it was still worthwhile to spend most of the meeting in breakout groups. Both groups are making good progress on their proposals to bring back to the other and the larger group. Points for Protocols does not plan to meet next week, since their proposal is reasonably complete and polished and ready for our next phase of discussion. Protocols as Evaluation Procedures will be meeting next week, please mind listserv for the time as we may move from 8:00 EST to noon EST if that looks like it will facilitate participation.
