Hello Michael, I believe this replaces section 4.1.4. If you agree, can we remove 4.1.4 Procedural tests and any related text from the PR? Kind regards, Rachael From: Michael Cooper <cooper@w3.org> Date: Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 10:57 AM To: "public-wcag3-protocols@w3.org" <public-wcag3-protocols@w3.org> Subject: Evaluating procedures proposal and examples Resent-From: <public-wcag3-protocols@w3.org> Resent-Date: Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 10:56 AM I've been working on the evaluating procedures proposal write-up that we discussed last week, and on a few examples. The content is very rough, but I think shows the general shape. I believe this will be on survey for the AG next week, but I'd like to continue to improve it if we can. This is all reflected in pull 653<https://github.com/w3c/silver/pull/653> which includes in particular: * A new section on outcome implementation procedures<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/silver/evaluating-procedures-proposal/guidelines/index.html#outcome-implementation-procedures> * Example 1: Provide help and support (small orgs)<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/silver/evaluating-procedures-proposal/examples/outcome-implementation-procedures/example1.html> * Example 2: Provide help and support (large orgs)<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/silver/evaluating-procedures-proposal/examples/outcome-implementation-procedures/example2.html> * Example 3: Plain language<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/silver/evaluating-procedures-proposal/examples/outcome-implementation-procedures/example3.html> * Example 4: Omnibus procedure for multiple outcomes<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/silver/evaluating-procedures-proposal/examples/outcome-implementation-procedures/example4.html> The content of these examples is very rough and incomplete. I think the overall structure proposed works, but the real differentiation between examples is in the steps and evaluation procedures. I find that details of those goes outside my expertise. I put in "hand-wavey" content to suggest the general direction, but I think the examples would be much more convincing if that content could be improved. So please review the content in that context, but also suggest tangible improvements by email or additions to the pull request if you can. Michael
