[WCAG2ICT] Minutes for the 9 January meeting

Hi all,

We had a productive meeting today and approved the WCAG2ICT work statement (with edits discussed in the meeting, and one clarification I’m am obtaining from Chuck).

Keep your eye out for an email later today for a review/approval request for the “Explainer” outline. It will go out once I copied it to a new Google doc that just includes the necessary headings and brief one-sentence explanation of the anticipated content for each section. You’ll be asked to send an email response with +1, 0, or -1 indicating it can go to the AG WG with the work statement for their review and approval. Then we can get the AG WG review process under way.
