[WCAG2ICT] Prep and agenda for the 9 January meeting

Happy New Year!  Hope your holidays were restful so you’re recharged for Phase 2 of the WCAG2ICT work.

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 9 January at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

Note that I updated the PR to reflect Mitch's suggestions and carry through the in-scope work to be consistently reflected in the rest of the sections.   *   WCAG2ICT Explainer: Determine if you have any proposed changes to the Explainer outline<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hyei09Viby1bCoZnDLYwY9VWpzRvteK9pqt4v9sWCJE/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.wlcptmhola14> based on conversations we had in December (reference the prior meeting minutes for details). This document has not been changed since our last discussion in December.

The goal this week is to agree upon the work statement updates so we can take it forward to the AG WG for review.
