[WCAG2ICT] Minutes from the 21 November meeting

Hi all,

Today we discussed the outcome of the discussion with the AG WG leadership regarding expanding our scope of work and potential to delay working on interpreting Level AAA criteria in WCAG2ICT. We also started making subsequent changes the work statement to reflect the outcome of that scope expansion. In fact, I have already started making those changes in PR 942<https://github.com/w3c/wai-website/pull/942>.

We also discussed our meeting schedule for the remainder of the year which will go out in a separate email to call everyone’s full attention to update their calendar.
