[WCAG2ICT] Prep and Agenda for the 21 November meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 21 November at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation
Be familiar with the proposed updates to the WCAG2ICT Work Statement<https://github.com/maryjom/wai-website/blob/patch-1/pages/about/groups/task-forces/wcag2ict/work-statement.md> and existing PR 942<https://github.com/w3c/wai-website/pull/942/files>. We'll be discussing and adjusting the PR live in the meeting based on what was learned in the joint AG WG and WCAG2ICT leadership meeting.

Meeting Goals
Learn what transpired in the AG WG leadership and WCAG2ICT leadership meeting regarding what the TF is able to work on in Phase 2. Agree on what would be the top priority work items for WCAG2ICT for this year and what we’d like to put as work items in the next WCAG2ICT update.
