RE: [WCAG2ICT] Meeting minutes for the 14 March meeting

One action item from Thursday call is that I volunteered to do an editorial pass for our use of "requires" and suggest different phrasing when "requires" is noting a prerequisite/assumption (for/of the SC) versus when "requires" is used for paraphrasing the normative meaning of the SC.

During the meeting, Gregg shared a word search of the current editor's draft:
