[WCAG2ICT] Prep and agenda for the 11 July meeting

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 11 July at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

Be prepared to self-assign issues and begin work to suggest edits or more substantive changes and to make PRs, as needed:

Meeting Goals
Remind the TF of the issue triage/handling of public and Task Force comments on the draft. Discuss a few of the open issues so we agree on how to proceed. Have the TF self-assign issues to work on.
