[WCAG2ICT] Preparation and surveys for the 15 February meeting

Hi all,

There are two surveys this week. Please complete at your earliest convenience. The surveys close at midnight on Wednesday, 14 February. We will also try to complete the discussion on the responses to public comments in the upcoming Thursday meeting, so come prepared. A special thank you goes out to those who have been working on proposed language to address previous survey comments so we can make quicker progress through remaining work.
