[WCAG2ICT] Survey and preparation for the 25 April meeting

Hi all,

Finally got the content together to create a survey. In preparation for this Thursday’s meeting:

  *   Complete the survey on Issue 145, answers to public comments, and SOTD<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-miscellaneous2/>
  *   As we prepare for publication, we need to think about communication channels for the wide review. Please add any suggestions to the Wide review communication<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/wiki/Wide-review-communication> WIKI page I created.
Thanks for your attention to this.  We are getting so close to the last document changes.
